I’ve always thought of myself as an observer. On a wedding day, I am constantly observing the environment around me, curating a collection of photographs that will allow you to relive those moments for years to come. I embrace imperfection and being fully present, because thats what makes you, you.

I believe every wedding day is as unique as the couple it celebrates—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you’re drawn to a candid documentary feel, an editorial vibe, or a mix of both, I’ll work with you to bring your vision to life through collaboration, creativity, and thoughtful planning. LET'S START FROM THE BEGINNING...

My Photography Journey

I’ve always been a creative soul at heart. English was my favorite subject in school—especially during the poetry unit. I’m the kind of person who checks the director of a movie right after watching it, and Pinterest is one of my favorite social media platforms. I’m naturally drawn to all forms of creative and artistic expression—things that evoke emotion and truly make you feel.

My love for photography began when I was young. I used to have this pink, battery- operated toy camera that I played with but soon graduated to borrowing my mom’s Canon DSLR. When I was fifteen I saved up for my very own camera and would force my friends to let me take their photos (yes, I was that girl). I joined my high school yearbook staff, continued my journey in college at Grand Valley State University by joining a photography club, and dedicated myself fully to learning everything about photography.

In life, there is a lot to be uncertain about. The one thing I have never wavered on, is being a photographer. With me as your photographer, you’ll have someone who genuinely cares about documenting every detail—big or small—to ensure your wedding day is remembered exactly as it felt.

Over the years I have fallen in love with the art of observation. I have truly learned to anticipate, and capture the moments as they naturally unfold. I am dedicated to curating images that truly document the essence of who you are.

A Source of Inspiration

One thing that inspires my work, is movies. Not only do I love going to the movies (who doesn't love movie theater popcorn and some candy?!) but I love looking at them through an artistic lens. Odds are if you think a movie isn't that good, I could find a new appreciation for it. Similar to photographs, movies transport you to a scene, immersing you in a new world filled with emotions.

The music, the colors, and the actors in a movie all work together to evoke a sense of nostalgia, connecting you to the memories tied to the film.
